Las Vegas Plaza Hotel Casino Launches New Sportsbook
Plaza Hotels & Casino's historic William Hill Race & Sportsbook today unveiled a completely remodeled and refreshed space and lighting event.
To celebrate the occasion, U.S. CEO William Hill Joe Asher, Plaza Hotels and Casino CEO Jonathan Jossel, and former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman lit up Las Vegas' biggest uninterrupted HD video wall. The Race and Sports Book's most dramatic change, the video wall is 5 feet high, 16.5 feet wide, and offers more than 80 square feet of incredible viewing area.
In addition to the lighting ceremony, Goodman consciously placed his first bet on a new book called Faray, a $100 charity team of this week's Saints of the Week (-13.5), Seattle (-6) and Kansas City (-6.5). The Las Vegas icon made his first sports bet on Plaza's Race & Sportsbook when it was refurbished before 2013, marking the beginning of a long-standing partnership between William Hill and Plaza Hotels & Casino.
The Race & Sports Book gives guests and gamblers access to William Hill's mobile app, kiosk and in-play betting menus, along with casino's best-in-class restaurant and entertainment options.
"Since its opening in 1975, "Race & Sports Book at the Plaza" has become the longest-running sports book and historic landmark in Las Vegas," said Joe Asher, CEO of William Hill U.S. "When William Hill took over the operation in 2012, we wanted to provide the best racing and sporting experience for money-makers, and we worked with Plaza's partners to make sure that happens today. These improvements and updates make Plaza one of the best places to watch the games downtown."
"Plaza continues to strengthen its casino services, and we're excited to offer a dramatically new way to watch and bet on sports in downtown Las Vegas," said Jonathan Yossel, CEO of Plaza Hotels & Casino. "Huge HD video walls are definitely a staple of the new sports book, but guests will be able to enjoy the latest look, relax and enjoy themselves."
The updated Race & Sports Book is located near the South Tower on the floor of Plaza's 80,000-square-foot casino and offers player-favorite slot machines, including penny slots, high-limit machines, classic favorites and the latest modern 3D slots, as well as several table games and the only zero-roollet table in downtown Las Vegas, all with the most lucrative odds in town, including 100% payback. 슬롯사이트 순위
